Denon Factory Service
Denon Factory Service has recently changed to provide even better and faster turn around time should your product need to be serviced.  Our authorized service center PanurgyOEM has been appointed to handle all factory service issues for product repairs and they have been a repair center for Denon for a number of years.  They are an ISO9001 certified shop with over 26 years of experience in the business.  A return authorization number to return a product for factory service to the Panurgy N.J. facility is required and instructions are listed below.  Their shipping address and contact information is as follows:

Factory Repair Request Form
For units that need to be shipped back to PanurgyOEM New Jersey for factory service, a Service Return Authorization number must be obtained first.  This number should then be placed on the outside of the box before shipping a unit back to PanurgyOEM.  Units without service return authorization numbers, or with authorization numbers that do not match the unit returned, can not be received by their receiving department and must be refused for delivery.  To obtain an SRA number for product repair return, please click the black SRA Entry online form button below.  If you have difficulty for any reason using the SRA Entry online form button below or you can not find your model number using the online form, please contact PanurgyOEM directly through their web link.  Once the form has been filled out, an SRA number will be generated after pressing submit where you can review your information on the conformation page and print the page for your records

Shipping Recommendations
Should your unit need to be shipped back to our approved Factory Service Repair Center or any of our other Authorized Service Centers, proper packaging is essential so that your product reaches the repair center without being damaged. Whenever possible utilize the original box and packing material when shipping your product, however, if you do not have the original packing materials or if the original packing materials are not reusable, click on the appropriate link to view carrier shipping recommendations from FedEx, UPS, and USPS so your product can reach us in a safe condition.

Denon Electronics Regional Super Service Centers have been appointed to provide factory-authorized in-warranty and out-of-warranty repair of Denon products for customer-owned and dealer stock units.  These Centers are highly experienced with Denon products, and have the capability to handle any repair situation, from simple to extensive, with the fastest possible turnaround time.

Service Center Technical Support
Should a Denon product need to be sent to one of our authorized service centers for repair, Denon offers in-house factory Technical Support for its service center network should any questions arise.  Our service center network has been given direct dial-in capabilities to obtain quick and accurate technical information regarding any product repair, so delays will be kept to a minimum or eliminated, getting your product back to you as soon as possible.  These services are offered Monday through Friday, 9:00AM to 5:00PM ET.
