Dear Denon Customer, Please be advised that we have identified an issue with some Netflix devices transmitting Dolby Digital Plus audio signals to our audio video receivers. We will start rolling out an online firmware update to correct the problem with effected models towards the end of February, staggering the update between models into March . In the meantime, setting your Netflix device’s digital audio output to PCM or Stereo should temporarily alleviate the issue.
