Mahwah, NJ November 24th, 2014 – Denon’s sharply styled new Envaya Mini DSB-100 builds upon the success of the acclaimed Envaya DSB200. It offers the same revered Denon sound quality but now condensed into an even more compact, sleek, colorful and water resistant package.
This perfect travel companion comes with up to a 10-hour rechargeable battery life and includes a noise cancelling speakerphone so users can choose between tunes or talking. The design language of the original Envaya has translated perfectly into the new form that is available in either a black finish with blue cloth grille or a white with orange cloth grille.
Durable and portable, Envaya Mini benefits from Denon’s trusted build quality – the sturdy, premium materials used to craft the unit guarantee to stand the test of time. Furthermore, Envaya Mini is water resistant and comes with a stylish carry case so this pint-sized powerhouse is great on the go!
Sound quality is at the forefront of every Denon product, with a 100-year hi-fi legacy Denon customers expect a certain quality of sound when they invest in a Denon product and the Envaya Mini has stayed true to this standard. Implementation of dual oversized drivers allows this miniature to perform way beyond its discreet stature would imply. Digital sound processing technologies create an incredible soundstage – digital treble processing and a widened 3D audio image produce an encompassing, wide and controlled sound.
Following in the footsteps of the DSB200, the Envaya Mini is incredibly well connected, the inclusion of aptX® Low Latency for Bluetooth® technology allows for CD quality streaming from any compatible smart device. NFC™ pairing means connection can be as simple as a tap. Any NFC enabled Bluetooth audio device can be automatically paired through contact with the Envaya Mini – no button pressing, no waiting to discover a device, just instant high quality streaming.
Aside from music playback this is the perfect portable system for people who want to play games or watch videos on their smart devices. The incredibly low latency – just 32 milliseconds – means that users will have no lip syncing issues inherent with standard Bluetooth streaming.
The Envaya Mini DSB-100 is expected to be available in December for $149.
