Why does windows10 not find a proper device driver for this headset? It finds the bluethooth headset, but it cannot install the driver. Hence I cannot use the headset on my computer. Do you have a driver download?

Asked by: lawhi
Hi Lawhi. I tested this with my Windows 10 device and didn't have a problem pairing with Bluetooth. I took a look at the device drivers on my laptop and see that it's using a generic device driver. Here are the device driver details I'm seeing in the laptop's device manager: Denon AH-GC20 Driver Provider: Microsoft Driver Date: 6/21/2006 (I checked, this is the latest) Driver Version: 10.0.14393.103 I can't promise that those drivers will be the same on your Windows 10 device, but it seems likely enough that it will be. If you can't get the driver to work, it might be best to contact Microsoft support for further assistance.

The specifications says that the frequency is 5 hz- 40 khz. Is this data with cable or with bluetooh connection?. Does the frequency changes??

Asked by: efe8888
The frequency response specification refers to the drivers (speakers) in the headphones, and will not vary between wired and Bluetooth playback.

So what would be a better choice for me between this and the AH MM400? I like to listen to a lot of rap, electro-music and I do a lot of travelling a lot.

Asked by: Desmond
The AH-MM400 is an excellent pair of reference headphones that are designed to be the best sounding headphones you can buy at that price point. The AH-GC20 at the same price point is designed for travel, with active noise cancelling and Bluetooth for the best travel experience. If you simply want the best sounding headphones, you want the AH-MM400. But if you travel a lot, the portability of the AH-GC20, along with the wireless option, and active noise cancelling probably make it the best choice. And let me be clear, the sound quality is superb and will not disappoint. I hope this helps. Thanks!

Sometimes only one side works. I restart the headphones and then everything is ok. I have latest iPhone with Bluetooth.

Asked by: MMT1
Sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your headphones. We should verify whether the problem is with the headphones or your iPhone. To determine this, try using the headphones with a different device, like an iPad or another phone. If the same problem occurs then we know the headphones have a problem. If that's the case, please contact customer service for warranty assistance. Customer service can be contacted at the following link: http://denon.custhelp.com/app/home Thanks!
