The included USB Micro-B cable lets you charge the AH-GC20 lithium-ion battery from any USB charger or computer USB port. To enjoy up to a full 20 hours of wireless listening, the AH-GC20 recharges in only 3 hours. If the battery is depleted and there's no USB port for recharging available, you can still enjoy listening to music via the included audio cable.

We also include a deluxe carrying case for the AH-GC20 headphones and the accessories, to keep everything together when you're on the go.

I have a Denon AVR-S910W. Will the AH-GC20 work wirelessly with this receiver?

Asked by: Philip
Our AV receivers do not transmit audio using Bluetooth. To use these headphones with the AVR-S910W you will need to connect them to the 1/4 Inch headphone jack on the front of the receiver.

I have been looking for wireless over the ear headphones but all I see mention is that they work for smartphones, tablets, etc. but no mention of working with smart TV's. Does this set work with smart TVs?

Asked by: bigdogdad
In order for these headphones to connect wirelessly to your smart TV, the TV would need to be able to transmit audio over Bluetooth, the same way that a smartphone, or tablet does. I have not heard of a TV with this capability, but there are various external transmitters available which may be able to connect to the TV's audio output.

WIll these headpones connect to the new Heos AVR unit?

Asked by: Fishdoc
Hello. There would be no way to use these headphones with the HEOS AVR. It does not have a headphone jack, and does not transmit audio using Bluetooth.

Why does windows10 not find a proper device driver for this headset? It finds the bluethooth headset, but it cannot install the driver. Hence I cannot use the headset on my computer. Do you have a driver download?

Asked by: lawhi
Hi Lawhi. I tested this with my Windows 10 device and didn't have a problem pairing with Bluetooth. I took a look at the device drivers on my laptop and see that it's using a generic device driver. Here are the device driver details I'm seeing in the laptop's device manager: Denon AH-GC20 Driver Provider: Microsoft Driver Date: 6/21/2006 (I checked, this is the latest) Driver Version: 10.0.14393.103 I can't promise that those drivers will be the same on your Windows 10 device, but it seems likely enough that it will be. If you can't get the driver to work, it might be best to contact Microsoft support for further assistance.

The specifications says that the frequency is 5 hz- 40 khz. Is this data with cable or with bluetooh connection?. Does the frequency changes??

Asked by: efe8888
The frequency response specification refers to the drivers (speakers) in the headphones, and will not vary between wired and Bluetooth playback.

So what would be a better choice for me between this and the AH MM400? I like to listen to a lot of rap, electro-music and I do a lot of travelling a lot.

Asked by: Desmond
The AH-MM400 is an excellent pair of reference headphones that are designed to be the best sounding headphones you can buy at that price point. The AH-GC20 at the same price point is designed for travel, with active noise cancelling and Bluetooth for the best travel experience. If you simply want the best sounding headphones, you want the AH-MM400. But if you travel a lot, the portability of the AH-GC20, along with the wireless option, and active noise cancelling probably make it the best choice. And let me be clear, the sound quality is superb and will not disappoint. I hope this helps. Thanks!
